The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join RiskFire as our first dedicated marketing apprentice. This stand-alone role will give you the opportunity to shape and deliver marketing activity across multiple channels, while working closely with our senior leadership and office team for guidance and support. You'll gain hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing, while studying towards a recognised Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the Managing Director, Contracts Director, and HR & Office Manager to develop and deliver marketing activities aligned to business goals

- Support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, and events)

- Carry out market research to identify opportunities, competitor activity, and customer insights

- Create, publish, and monitor engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and our website

- Design and produce marketing materials (digital and print) in line with RiskFire's brand and compliance standards

- Help plan and deliver promotional events, open days, and client engagement activities

- Maintain and update marketing assets, imagery, and case studies

- Support SEO activities to improve website visibility and search engine ranking

- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads)

- Track campaign performance, budgets, and return on investment, providing regular updates to the office team

- Use CRM and marketing tools to support campaigns and customer engagement

- Build and maintain a portfolio of work to support your apprenticeship and End Point Assessment

What We're Looking For:

GCSE (or equivalent) in

Maths and English

- Strong interest in marketing, communications, and design

- Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills

- Willingness to learn and develop new digital skills

- Ability to work independently and manage workload with guidance from senior team

- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- All applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required as part of the recruitment process.

Desirable / Useful to Have

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools

- Basic design, photography, or video editing experience

- Interest in branding and business development

- Previous work experience in an office or creative role
