Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist

to help drive growth across our portfolio of B2B and B2C brands.

This is a key role in our expanding marketing team, responsible for making sure our digital presence performs at its best--from ad campaigns to website performance, design portals and automated email journeys.

What You'll Be Doing:

Planning and executing

paid search, social, and display campaigns

to drive traffic and conversions. Overseeing

website performance

, analytics, and ongoing conversion optimisation. Collaborating with developers on

new website launches

and improvements. Managing

marketing automation tools

and

CRM workflows

to support customer journeys. Setting up and monitoring tracking (e.g.,

GA4

,

Meta Pixel

, etc.). Working with the wider team to create and implement

automated mailing campaigns

.

What You'll Bring:

Hands-on experience in digital marketing, website launches, paid media, and performance reporting. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and ad platforms. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams (devs, designers, marketers). Data-driven thinking with a focus on results and continuous improvement. Experience in email marketing and automation is a strong bonus.
