Digital Marketing & Performance Lead



LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Performance & Marketing Lead looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company.

We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 180-strong HQ team to achieve it.

Role Overview:



Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will have a significant impact on our continued rapid growth. Working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams, you will deliver high performing and inspiring digital marketing campaigns via paid media.

As the Digital Marketing & Performance Lead, you will be responsible for our performance driven digital marketing activities, supporting the building and delivering of a predictable and scalable customer acquisition strategy. You will drive revenue growth at an optimal return on investment, while understanding and respecting the long-term health of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy: supporting the Head of Ecommerce and Head of Marketing in developing and optimising a full funnel performance marketing strategy.

Execution: overall responsibility for the day-to-day execution of the strategy, delivering a predictable and scalable customer acquisition program via comprehensive multi-channel paid media plan.

Campaign Budget Management: advise on and allocate budgets at campaign, adgroup and ad level, constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimisation.

Coordination: across teams, departments and multiple external agencies to help plan and develop the creative assets required to support campaigns.

Data Analysis: drive optimisation through the analysis of performance data, tracking key performance indicators, setting measurable objectives and building plans to deliver them.

Reporting: responsibility for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimise all campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about performance marketing and data, while understanding & respecting the critical role, creative and brand marketing plays in our mix. You will possess a strong working knowledge of our major channels and platforms including Search and Paid Social across Meta, YouTube and TikTok among others. Candidates who can quickly understand, analyse, and act on data will thrive in this role. This job requires a mix of strong tactical thinking, creativity, organisation and analytical skill. You must have significant proven experience in paid digital media managing a substantial budget. Ambition. This is a rapidly growing business, and we want staff that can grow with us.
Please note this position is based full-time, Monday to Friday, from our East Wellow office near Romsey. We passionately believe in building strong team bonds and really value the effective collaboration that working together in person brings.
