Brief overview of role



Seal Medical Supplies are looking for a motivated individual to join their dynamic team! The role will be flexible in nature but could include implementing pricing updates, updating web content, optimising web listings, utilising Seal Medical's E commerce platform, customer account management, boosting brand awareness through our social media, supporting with telephone enquiries, customer service initiatives, quotation creation. Structured Sales Bonuses will be available once probation period has been passed.

What will you be doing?



Maintain and update the company website, including product listings, images, pricing, and promotional offers.

Support basic SEO initiatives by updating meta titles, descriptions, and on-page content to improve organic search performance.

Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media platforms.

Monitor, track, and report on marketing performance metrics.

Handle day-to-day communications including answering phones, responding to customer emails, and managing online enquiries.

Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers or partners to support marketing and operational initiatives.

Assist in processing online orders and ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new trends and growth opportunities.

Coordinate content creation for marketing materials, website, and social media channels.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead data.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, tracking orders, and generating sales reports.

Requirements:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisation

Customer Service attributes

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Canva)

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable but not a must:



Experience in a sales or marketing support role

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, Shopify)
