Digital Sales Manager
to take full control of our
social media, PPC advertising, and email marketing
- someone creative, results-driven, and ready to grow a brand online.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and grow easywaste's presence on
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
, and more.
Create and schedule
engaging content at least 3 times per week
- including graphics, offers, reels, and TikTok videos.
Run and optimise
paid advertising campaigns
across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms
.
Boost our
followers, engagement, and conversions
across all channels.
Take ownership of
Google Ads
performance and improve ROI on existing campaigns.
Launch and manage
email marketing campaigns
via
Brevo or Mailchimp
to upsell to current clients and convert new leads.
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as
Google Analytics
,
Tag Manager
, and
Meta Business Suite
.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
digital marketing, social media management
, or
PPC advertising
roles.
Strong skills in
content creation
, especially short-form video for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Proficiency in
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads Manager
, and email platforms like
Mailchimp or Brevo
.
Excellent copywriting, graphic design, or Canva skills a plus.
Confident in analysing data and optimising campaigns for results.
Organised, independent, and proactive - able to manage multiple projects and deliver consistently.
