Digital Marketing Sales Account Executive

We're RANE Digital Marketing Agency, a fast-growing team working with businesses across a range of industries to deliver digital strategies that actually work. We're on the lookout for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team and help drive our next phase of growth.

This is a junior, entry-level role that would suit someone who has recently finished university and is looking to kickstart their career in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, eager to learn, and hungry to grow with a company that's expanding into new markets.

What you'll be doing

Supporting the Sales Team by generating leads and identifying new business opportunities Prospecting and cold calling potential clients Booking meetings and managing diaries for the Sales Team Updating and managing the CRM with detailed, accurate records Assisting with sales administration and following structured schedules Supporting broader marketing efforts when needed Staying active and engaged on social media platforms relevant to the business

What we're looking for

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Friendly, trustworthy, and highly organised Comfortable on the phone and willing to reach out to new prospects daily Someone with great attention to detail and the ability to keep records up to date Career-driven and ready to take on new challenges as they come Social media savvy - any previous marketing, sales, or admin experience is a bonus A full driving license would be useful but not essential
This is a full-time, office-based role with real potential to grow into a long-term position within our sales and marketing team. We're looking for someone who will bring energy to the team and is ready to build a career, not just do a job.
