The Cornwall Hotel Spa & Estate is seeking a Digital Marketing / Social & Influence Lead for a 12-month maternity cover. This is your chance to put our luxury hotel and spa in front of new audiences, spark bookings, and make our brand irresistible online.

Make an Impact: Drive awareness, bookings, and revenue through social media, influencer collaborations, and digital campaigns.

Luxury Playground: Create content and campaigns in the stunning 43-acre estate of our hotel and spa.

Collaborate & Shine: Work alongside passionate teams, creative agencies, and trend-setting influencers to amplify our brand.

No Two Days Alike: From capturing scroll-stopping visuals to launching campaigns that convert, your work will be fast-paced and dynamic.

What You'll Do

Influencer Partnerships & PR: Introduce the hotel and spa to fresh audiences and turn exposure into bookings.

Social Media Presence: Engage, inspire, and convert across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Digital Campaigns: Create compelling content that tells our story and drives revenue.

Email & CRM Support: Nurture guests, encourage repeat visits, and grow loyalty.

Website & Agency Collaboration: Optimise our online presence to attract new markets and increase bookings.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content strategy.

A strong eye for visual storytelling (video, photography, design).

Passion for digital trends in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality.

Creativity, organisation, and confidence in coordinating campaigns and partnerships.

A balance of hands-on content creation and strategic thinking, focused on driving results.

Contract: 12 months maternity cover (potential to extend)

Start date: November 1st 2025

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
