We are an established IT managed service provider seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead B2B lead generation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing targeted advertising, lead prospecting, and email marketing campaigns with a clear focus on engaging UK-based businesses. Core objectives include optimising automation workflows, continuously tracking performance metrics, elevating brand visibility, and consistently generating high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Prospecting:
Utilise industry-standard lead generation platforms to identify and filter UK IT decision-makers (e.g., IT Managers, CIOs) based on specific criteria such as job title, sector, and company size (10-200 employees), while maintaining an up-to-date and verified list of 500-1,000 contacts monthly.
Social Advertising Campaigns:
Design, implement, and optimise advertising campaigns targeting UK enterprises through professional social platforms. Employ advanced audience segmentation to reduce unqualified leads and maximise engagement, monitoring performance and managing budgets.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and manage automated email schemes via reputable email marketing tools to nurture prospective clients. Craft persuasive content tailored to IT services, analyse key engagement metrics (open and click-through rates), and refine strategies to achieve conversion targets.
Integration Management:
Supervise integration tools to synchronise data between lead generation, advertising, and email systems. Resolve synchronisation issues promptly to uphold data integrity.
Performance Oversight:
Analyse campaign analytics across all channels to evaluate lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare comprehensive weekly reports and recommend actionable improvements to ensure lead generation objectives are met or exceeded.
Content Support:
Collaborate on the development of short-form video advertisements (15-30 seconds) and visually appealing email assets using professional graphic design tools, maintaining consistent branding and clear calls-to-action that highlight IT solutions.
Call Note Management:
Diligently log and categorise notes from sales interactions (e.g., "Discussed cybersecurity requirements") within a CRM or lead management system. Implement custom fields and tags to track follow-ups and assess outcomes.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B or IT sectors.
Demonstrated proficiency with lead generation, social advertising, email marketing platforms, and integration tools.
Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation strategies, audience targeting, and best practices in email marketing.
Analytical acumen in monitoring KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and cost-per-lead.
Fundamental graphic design abilities to produce effective ad and email visuals.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage campaigns and deliver clear, concise reporting.
In-depth understanding of the UK market and GDPR compliance pertaining to contact data management.
