About Harveys Workwear
Harveys Workwear is a rapidly growing supplier of premium workwear across healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and corporate sectors. With multiple e-commerce websites launching soon, we're hiring an In-house Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of both our PPC and SEO strategies.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who is equally confident in running high-performing paid ad campaigns and driving sustainable organic growth through SEO. You'll be a key player in scaling our online presence and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities;
PPC (Paid Media)
Develop and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and LinkedIn
Set and manage budgets, bids, targeting, and creative assets
Run regular A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates
Collaborate with sales and directors to align campaigns with key promotions and product pushes
Track and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Lead a well-rounded SEO strategy covering technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content
Perform keyword research and implement ranking improvements on product, category, and content pages
Manage blog content (writing or coordinating freelancers) to support organic traffic growth
Monitor site health and visibility using tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console
Track SEO performance across core keyword groups and report progress monthly
Wider Digital Marketing
Support email marketing (flows, newsletters, promotions) via platforms like Klaviyo
Help manage organic and paid social media on Meta and LinkedIn
Work alongside the in-house developer to implement website and landing page improvements
Assist in planning and executing broader marketing campaigns (launches, seasonal sales, events)
Coordinate with freelancers, designers, or external partners as needed
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B e-commerce or lead-gen environment
Strong understanding of both PPC and SEO principles, tools, and performance metrics
Confident using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, SEMrush, etc.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to optimisation and testing
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly
Available to work full-time on-site in [Oldham] (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience with Shopify, CRO tools, or conversion-focused landing pages
Background in the workwear, apparel, or uniform industry
Previous success managing multi-brand or multi-site e-commerce marketing
