Digital Media Content Creator

to join our team. You'll be the driving force behind our video and podcast content - both in front of the camera and behind it.
You'll also support and assist with the seasonal demands of our successful e-commerce brand.

This role is based on 6 month trial basis, with a view to becoming permanent.

A Hybrid Company With Dual Roles

:

This is a dual role combining the 2 different sides of the business, our E-commerce Company and our Digital Agency.

For the majority of the time you will be assisting with the digital side of the Company, involving video and podcast creation, hosting, editing, copywriting, and AI focused digital implementation and research.

Then in the final quarter of the year our focus turns to the E-commerce side of the business, as we prepare for the busy Christmas period. This involves prepping and maintaining the websites, sales, order processing and customer service (Extra hours - weekends and evenings essential in Nov/Dec.)

What you'll bring to the role

Essential:

High standard of secondary education in numeracy and literacy Comfortable on camera and presenting content with confidence Solid IT skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies Strong video editing skills using tools like DaVinci Resolve, Adobe or similar Proficiency with design software such as Canva and Adobe Experience with AI tools and a growth-minded approach to learning Creative writing and storytelling ability Forward thinking approach to new tools and trends Evidence of well developed organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently on own initiate and as part of a team High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak trading
Desirable:

Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Magento Experience in a customer oriented environment
