myGP Clinic is a private GP service trusted by over 2,500 families across Cheshire & South Manchester. We specialise in providing personalised healthcare memberships, same-day GP access, and executive health screenings for those who value proactive and preventative health.

We are now seeking a

Digital Media & Lead Generation Manager

to

own our online marketing and paid advertising channels

.

The Role

As our in-house Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Create and manage high-performing campaigns targeting new potential patients who are looking for support in optimising their health Develop ad creatives, copy, and landing page funnels to drive

high-intent leads

Test different audience strategies including

interests, behaviours, lookalikes, and geo-targeting

Google Ads & Local Search

Build and optimise

Search and Display campaigns

for local lead generation

Conversion Optimisation & Tracking

Build or work with partners to execute landing pages and forms that convert visitors Report on

cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and ROI

, with actionable insights for continuous improvement

About You

Proven experience in

lead generation through Meta and Google Ads

Strong understanding of

audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion funnels

Hands-on experience with

landing page creation and A/B testing

Confident with

analytics and tracking tools

(Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot CRM experience a bonus) Creative eye for ad visuals and copywriting that drives action
