We are looking for a Digital Media Manager (focusing on Advertising Technology) to join our Digital Marketing team on a 12 Month FTC, to play a key part in driving success for NEXT. Based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicester with a competitive salary range of 64,000 - 86,000.

About the Role:
As the Digital Media Manager, you will report into the Head of Marketing and play a pivotal role within the eCommerce department by leading the development and optimisation of our Media Technology Suite. You'll be responsible for enhancing reporting, building robust tagging infrastructure and improving cross-platform signals across Web and App. Your mission will be to identify where technology and AI can eliminate inefficiencies and elevate the effectiveness of our media activity, then project manage the design, development and delivery of those solutions.
In this newly created role, you'll collaborate closely with advertising planning and channel teams to uncover challenges and opportunities and partner with tech teams across the business to bring innovative solutions to life. These could range from fast-turnaround projects like dashboard implementation to more complex, long-term innovations such as automating fail-safes or reducing SLAs for faster activation. This role is perfect for someone with a strong blend of technical know-how, strategic thinking, and project leadership who's ready to drive efficiency and innovation at scale.
