Banijay UK Social Studio is a newly formed central team with a remit to promote Banijay UK's extensive library of content on social media platforms, working across both marketing and monetisation priorities for the business to create best-in-class digital content.
You will be part of a highly creative and collaborative team, working across a range of Banijay UK's biggest titles, including Would I Lie To You, Big Brother, Deal or No Deal, Richard Osman's House of Games, Interior Design Masters and more.
Job purpose:
As Digital Operations Assistant you will help implement and manage efficient working processes for Banijay UK Social Studio, managing everything from file delivery, project/content management system updates, facilities and equipment requests and general team administration to ensure the smooth daily running of all content production processes.
Working with the Digital Rights and Operations Manager, you'll also ensure the team is resourced as required, assisting with stats and data gathering for periodical departmental reporting, and maintaining live production documents with the latest rights and compliance information.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the TV/entertainment industry, as well as an understanding of social media and digital platforms and audiences.
Duties:Creation and maintenance of central team templates and documentation
Collation of performance data from social media platforms and analytics platforms
Supporting the Digital Rights and Operations Manager with delivery of files for the digital team as needed.
Supporting Digital Rights and Operations Manager with translation of rights and clearance restrictions to inform digital team output.
Administrative ownership of online project management system (Monday.com) and other tech solutions used by the digital team.
Assisting with booking and contracting freelance staff
Administrative management of digital channels
General team administration tasks as required.
  
Knowledge and skills:Excellent organisation skills
Excellent time and project management skills
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience using project/content management systems such as Monday.com or similar.
Solid understanding of social media/digital platforms
Desirable: experience working in the TV/entertainment industry
Reporting to: Digital Rights and Operations Manager
Contract type: Full Time, Fixed term contract (until 08/04/2026)We will consider flexible working requests for all roles, unless operational requirements prevent otherwise.
