This is a hands-on role where you will lead and execute data-driven testing and personalisation strategies, ensuring measurable improvements in customer journeys and conversion rates. Your hands-on expertise in Adobe Target will be central to success. You will design, implement, and analyse tests using Adobe Target and related tools, driving performance through continuous optimisation. In addition, you will coordinate an AEM team based in India, ensuring alignment and seamless delivery across regions. You will also oversee sprint planning and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver initiatives aligned with business objectives.
