We have an exciting opportunity for a digital performance executive to join our thriving in-house team.



You will be working on a mix of the nation's best loved brands including Lurpak, Anchor, Arla Cravendale alongside supporting launch of new innovating products and brands.




How will you make an impact






Working hybrid from our UK head office in Leeds, you will become a part of Arla's in-house agency, and report into the Senior Digital Media Lead. We are part of a global digital and media team spanning across 9 countries and with over 25 colleagues dedicated to the creation of digital strategy, campaign planning and execution.




As part of the team, you will work alongside other digital media buyers and provide hands-on execution of biddable retail media and PPC campaigns for the UK market.



Setting up and managing campaigns on platforms such as Citrus Ads, Amazon, Skaii (and other retailer ecommerce sites) Optimising activity to drive consumer conversion and brand engagement Delivering performance updates and ideas for future opportunities Support ecommerce, shopper and digital teams with future plans and activations Collaborate with various teams across the business to help achiever ambitious growth plans on brands within the online space Provide insight to wider business on key trends, activities and future innovations on retailer sites and ecommerce platforms Develop and build strong relationship with a multitude of departments in both the local and the global business varying from ecommerce, shopper, brand and digital teams


What will make you successful?





You are self motivated, analytical with a keen eye for detail and are well organised and comfortable working with deadlines. You are a great communicator and build strong relationships and grow trust form stakeholders at all levels.



Furthermore, you have the following skills:




Experience of digital performance campaign development and execution - PPC campaigns a must with the ability to articulate optimization opportunities An understanding of the digital media landscape and key advertising channels within it An ability to interpret and report on campaign performance Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships Be a team player but with the ability to work on own initiative
