About the role




Reporting to the Senior Digital & Data Marketing Manager, you'll lead and develop a small team and work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver effective digital marketing campaigns and platforms. You'll be responsible for the performance of our owned digital channels, including our website, SEO, email and paid media, ensuring activity is insight-led, well-optimised and aligned with PDSA's strategic objectives.


Key responsibilities include:

Leading, managing and developing a team through the full employee lifecycle Contributing to the development and delivery of PDSA's digital marketing strategy Managing and optimising digital platforms and paid channels to deliver measurable results Delivering high-performing digital campaigns that support fundraising, awareness and engagement Using analytics and insights to inform planning, optimisation and decision-making Managing SEO strategy and working with agency partners to improve visibility and organic traffic Collaborating with internal teams to improve website performance, user experience and conversion rates Producing clear performance reports for senior stakeholders Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and PDSA policies


This role has 3 direct reports and involves working closely with teams across Marketing, Communications & Fundraising, Data & Analytics, and Systems & Technology.

.Please note occasional travel will be required to our Head Office in Telford.

About you




An experienced digital marketing professional with a strong performance mindset and a passion for using data to drive results. Enjoys leading people, working collaboratively and turning insight into practical action.


You'll bring:

Proven experience managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics Experience improving engagement, acquisition and retention through digital channels Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to targets and deadlines


Ideally, you'll also have:



Experience using CRM systems and data analytics tools Experience working with first-party data strategies Experience within the charity or not-for-profit sector
