Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Press Rewinder to join their established team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital press rewinding equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards are met.
Some duties include but are not limited to:

Operate digital press rewinding machines to ensure efficient production of printed materials.
Perform quality control checks on printed materials to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Collaborate with the prepress team to prepare files for printing, ensuring proper layout design and colour management.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks as needed, including typography and print advertising layouts.
Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Assist in the setup and operation of flexo presses when required, ensuring smooth transitions between jobs.
Follow safety protocols while operating machinery, including forklifts and CNC equipment.
Document production processes and maintain accurate records of output and quality checks.

The ideal candidate

You will have a strong background in printing processes and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
