Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain

Konica Minolta Bizhub digital presses

, ensuring consistent, high-quality output Operate

various finishing equipment

including guillotine, folder, creasers and binders Perform

quality checks

on all jobs against specification and ensure print consistency across runs Resolve minor mechanical or workflow issues independently to maintain throughput Assist with

large format printing and finishing

as required -- an excellent opportunity to expand your skills Maintain all equipment in line with manufacturer recommendations Keep work areas

clean, safe, and organised

, following company health and safety guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

? Strong knowledge of

print production practices

and digital workflows? Proven experience operating

Konica digital presses

or similar high-volume digital machinery? Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)

? Experience using

Enfocus PitStop

for file preflight and PDF correction? High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to meeting deadlines? Dependable, honest, and conscientious with a strong team ethic? Comfortable managing multiple jobs in a

high-volume, quick-turnaround environment

? Good understanding of

Windows and macOS

operating systems

Desirable Skills

? Experience with

large format digital print equipment

(UV-Flatbed and Roll-media machines.)

? Experience with PUR Binding machines

? A

full UK driving licence
