Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company's Direct to Consumer (DTC) video entertainment service. The service consists of long-form and short-form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Hulu) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms. The Disney+ team is responsible for the country launches and day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research, and analytics.
This internship is part of the Product & Customer Engagement team, which manages the Disney+ product roadmap, product growth, and product features intended to engage and retain customers. The position offers the opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of our customers & product behaviour, driven by data. As in intern in this team, you will be collaborating across the wider Disney+ team to support product projects and assist in creating and executing engagement campaigns, such as emails, push notifications, and in-app messages, across the EMEA region.
Eligibility
Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027
Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
Available to start working full time from June 2026

About you
A strong curiosity in digital products and streaming, and how customers interact with streaming services
Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
Strong MS Office skills
