We are now hiring a

Digital Product Manager

who brings both delivery discipline and a product mindset. This is a role for someone who goes beyond timelines and task lists to understand the why behind the work. You'll guide multidisciplinary teams across web and mobile projects, helping us stay focused on the outcomes, not just the output.

Your key responsibilities



Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products across mobile and web Collaborate with design, engineering, QA and client stakeholders to ensure we are solving the right problem... not just building the thing that was asked for Maintain strong communication with clients and teams throughout the project lifecycle, offering product-led guidance when decisions are unclear Build and manage project plans including scope, timelines, budgets and resources Help teams prioritise work based on user needs, business value and technical feasibility Anticipate risks, manage change calmly and keep projects moving forward Uphold accessibility, usability and inclusive design principles in every phase of the project

What we're looking for



At least

5 years experience

delivering digital projects, ideally within an agency or studio Direct or adjacent experience working on

digital products

-- whether as a project lead, product owner, or hybrid role Experience working with native mobile and responsive web technologies Strong awareness of design thinking, accessibility and modern software development workflows Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences Experience facilitating Agile or hybrid ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives and planning meetings Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Float (or equivalent) Commercial awareness & acumen, including the ability to shape scopes, estimate work, manage budgets and articulate value

Bonus skills (not essential)



Experience acting as a

Product Owner or Manager

, or in close partnership with one Agile or Scrum certification Experience working in product-led environments or with user-focused startups An adaptable and progressive communication style

This is a hybrid role based in Brighton, with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Fridays.
