Our app,
myRAC
, is the digital home for our 13 million personal and business members, making it easy to access breakdown support, book services and repairs, and manage their membership. As part of our digital transformation, this role is critical in shaping how our customers interact with the RAC.
You'll work cross-functionally with product design, engineering, and delivery, and collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders across the business. You'll be part of a passionate, outcome-focused team, delivering work that directly contributes to our digital KPIs and customer experience goals.

office and 3 days at home
What you will do
...
Own the myRAC app roadmap - identifying, prioritising and delivering initiatives that increase app engagement and drive Service and Repair sales
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Commercial and wider Group teams to translate strategy into clear, actionable requirements
Work closely with your squad (designers, engineers, analysts) to build and launch new features and optimise existing ones
Continuously evaluate performance post-launch, using insight and data to drive iteration and optimisation
Keep pushing for better - whether it's the customer journey, the app experience, or the commercial results
What you will need...
Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager delivering customer and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, digital environment
Ownership of a complex digital product or journey from end to end - from idea through discovery, prioritisation, definition, delivery and optimisation
Sound judgement and strong decision-making - knowing when to test, when to build, and when to pivot
A good understanding of UX principles and technical constraints, enabling you to collaborate confidently with design and tech
Experience in financial services or automotive is a bonus - but more important is your curiosity and ability to get under the skin of customer and business needs
A proactive mindset - always spotting opportunities, solving problems and thinking ahead
