Job Description

We're an award-winning agency focusing on tech products and creating high-end digital experiences for luxury and technology brands. We are growing our delivery team and seeking a Digital Project Manager with both technical understanding and project leadership experience to deliver exceptional websites, platforms, apps, and AI solutions.

The role



This is a hands-on role blending project, product, and client management. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to define strategy, manage delivery, and ensure smooth execution from discovery to launch.

Key Responsibilities



Lead project delivery across multiple client accounts Define and manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources Act as the main client contact and maintain strong relationships Prepare and maintain documentation (roadmaps, estimates, briefs) Coordinate internal teams and oversee the quality of outputs Track progress, resolve risks, and ensure delivery milestones are met Contribute to identifying new business opportunities

What we're looking for



Demonstrable experience delivering websites, apps, or digital platforms Good understanding of development processes and QA Ability to confidently discuss technical topics with clients and developers Familiarity with project tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello Excellent communication and organisation skills Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently Experience producing scopes of work, estimates, and schedules

Must have qualities and experience



Background in agency or product-led environments Experience in product ownership or delivery lead roles Exceptional attention to detail

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of digital development. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
