As we continue to grow and evolve, we're seeking a talented and passionate Digital Product Owner to join our dynamic E-commerce team.



This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Product Owner to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Oak Furnitureland's online presence. You will be responsible for defining and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our website, ensuring it delivers a seamless and engaging customer experience. Working closely with our IT development and project management teams, you will utilise Agile methodologies to deliver exceptional digital products that drive online sales and enhance customer satisfaction. We offer hybrid working with 2 days in the Swindon office and 3 at home.



CORE RESPONSIBILITIES



Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Oak Furnitureland's website, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it is constantly refined and reflects the latest customer insights and market trends.

Own sprint planning, working with the development team to plan development tasks that are deliverable within each sprint and with stakeholders to ensure developments are prioritised.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Work closely with the development team throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from sprint planning to testing and release.

Lead sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and identify opportunities for optimisation.

Monitor and analyse website performance, using data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and measure the success of product initiatives.

Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

Be a passionate advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs are at the heart of all product development decisions.



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

A deep understanding of e-commerce best practices and user experience principles.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience using data and analytics to inform product decisions.

A passion for digital innovation and a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Experience working with website development teams.

Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO is desirable.
