What you'll be doing
Christies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Management Analyst to join our Digital & Product team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient management of our Digital & Product vendor relationships while simultaneously supporting the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of our digital, product and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, project management best practices, and the unique dynamics of the digital and product technology landscape.
You'll be working with our Business Sponsors and stakeholders including the Digital & Product team, Christie's Technology Group, Third Party Vendors, Legal, Procurement and Privacy teams to shape and define their solutions within a dynamic team. Your ability to anticipate issues, proactively communicate, ensure clear mitigations to risk and understand and manage dependencies is critical. Flexibility, creative thinking, relationship skills and cross-collaboration are essential. This is a global role, based in our London office with a flexible work policy.
1. Vendor ManagementVendor Selection & Onboarding: Assist in the identification, evaluation, and selection of new digital and marketing vendors, including agencies, technology providers, and service partners. Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and contractual agreements.
Contract & Relationship Management: Support the negotiation, review, and management of vendor contracts, ensuring favourable terms, compliance, and renewal processes. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for digital and marketing vendors. Support regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate corrective actions.
Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendor engagements, including security, data privacy, and operational risks. Ensure vendor adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Cost Optimization: Monitor vendor spend, identify opportunities for cost savings, and ensure optimal value delivery from vendor partnerships.
2. General Management & AdministrationBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies and best practices
Work with cross-functionally to ensure the right level of reports, schedules and documents are submitted on time for all governance forums
Work with Digital & Product Department Heads and business stakeholders including Legal and Procurement for vendor management planning and resourcing
Responsible point of contact for all vendor management
Support regular health checks with vendors and agencies
Provide general administrative support to the Digital & Product team, including scheduling meetings, research, organising files, raising purchase orders, managing payments, updating the Digital SharePoint
Preparation of presentations, attending meetings and taking minutes
Supporting with internal communications and team activities
What your day might look like
A typical day will include tasks such as checking and responding to emails, attending meetings, supporting on team projects, providing business management support including processing payments, assisting with research and reporting, drafting internal communications and presentations, and updating the global team SharePoint. Throughout the day, you'll be encouraged to ask questions, seek feedback, and collaborate with team members.

Strong organisational skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Solid understanding of contract terms, SLAs, and vendor performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
