Digital Production Coordinator

London, United Kingdom

Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for Digital Production Assistant to join our London based client, a highly respected professional services organisation who develop international standards for the finance sector. This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in the office, 3 days working from home.

Working closely with the XML Publishing Specialists and Systems and Data Analysts you will be responsible for supporting the team with content management, including producing, maintaining and managing their content in XML and all other media formats, as well as checking that all content is up to date, quality checked and delivered in a timely manner.

You will also work closely with the IT and communications teams, ensuring all content is uploaded correctly to their website, and ensuring the continual development of the website including trouble shooting any problems as well as looking at ways to improve website efficiency and overall customer experience.

We are looking for candidates with an interest in using typesetting tools such as XML and HTML, whilst experience with these tools is desirable, they are not essential. Any experience with website administration or using CMS would also be an advantage. You will enjoy working in a logical and systematic way and have high attention to detail as well as thrive in a fast paced environment and work well to tight deadlines.

This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate looking to take on their first role in digital production to join a talented, dynamic and innovative team within a fast paced professional organisation. The role offers a hybrid office/home style of working.

For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.

Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
