THE ROLE




We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Digital

Project Coordinator

to join our Digital Product team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into digital project management or client services -- especially if you're organised, tech-curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, you'll support the day-to-day coordination of platform operations, client communications, and project tracking for digital content and asset management systems. You don't need to know everything from day one -- just bring a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements



What You'll Do:



Client Support & Communication



Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for clients with platform-related queries (email and video calls) Support the delivery of training sessions and demos so clients can get the best out of our platforms Help interpret client briefs and support communication between product, development, and account teams Track and report platform issues, helping to troubleshoot problems and assist with their resolution

Project Coordination & Platform Support



Assist the Digital Product Manager with scheduling tasks, tracking project milestones, and updating timelines Help test and roll out new platform features -- logging feedback and learning about the development cycle Keep documentation up to date, including user guides, meeting notes, and platform instructions Provide internal support to teams using the platforms (e.g., access help, basic training, and troubleshooting)

Reporting & Admin



Support regular reporting (e.g., platform usage or data exports) to ensure clients get timely updates Stay on top of admin tasks -- from filing client notes to coordinating meeting invites and follow-ups

Team Collaboration



Work closely with internal teams, developers, and occasionally third-party vendors to keep projects moving Be a central support to the Product Manager and wider team -- helping where needed to keep everything on track

What You'll Bring:



A proactive, "can do" attitude -- you're comfortable jumping in and figuring things out Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) Interest in digital platforms, websites, or digital content workflows

Prefered, but not reqired:



Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet) Exposure to Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems Any background in media, tech, or creative industries * PRINCE2 Foundation or similar project coordination certification
