Digital Restoration Sales Specialist
In this role you will protect and grow Dentsply Sirona's Endodontics and Restorative business while unlocking new opportunities for chairside CAD/CAM sales. Focused on mid-sized DSO groups (3-9 practices) experiencing rapid expansion, the Digital Restoration Sales Specialist drives scalable growth by accelerating adoption of integrated digital workflows and restorative solutions. This high-growth segment presents a strategic opportunity to increase market share and revenue through targeted engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, the preferred candidate will live in or around Birmingham
Role and Responsibilities
Drive Growth Through Portfolio Sales & Engagement amongst mid-sized DSO groups (3-9 practices)
Deliver Clinical and Commercial Value of digital restorative workflows to drive conversion and retention
Strategic Account Development with DSO decision-makers and dealer partners to influence purchasing decisions and long-term loyalty.
Collaborate Across Sales Teams, Sales Specialists and Key Account Team to coordinate efforts and facilitate workflow implementation.
Dealer Network Engagement ensuring regular collaboration and alignment to meet regional revenue targets.
Ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities using SFDC (Salesforce), maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking.
Territory Planning & Execution including segmentation, targeting and account development strategies.
Provide technical knowledge and training (face-to-face and virtual) on workflows, product use and maintenance to support adoption and retention. Involve relevant teams and organise education / training sessions where necessary.
Profile requested
Bachelor Degree or equivalent industry experience
Experience in dental sales, ideally covering both consumables and equipment portfolios preferred.
Competitive nature and drive for results oriented.
Highly organised - desire to constantly improve efficiencies in this field
Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
Enthusiastic, efficient and customer focus
Structured and clear thinker - ability to prioritise a demanding workload through business planning and territory management.
Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM SalesForce, Teams, etc...
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
Able to apply Advanced 'Professional Selling Skills' principles to all dialogues.
Fluent in English
Able to undertake regular UK business travel
Must hold a valid local driving license.
