Overview


This role, reporting to the Brand & Marketing Director, is all about growing and maintaining our customer base. You'll lead the planning and optimisation of retention flows, loyalty programs, and paid performance - ensuring we meet repeat purchase rate. You'll also manage our paid targeting strategies and the agencies that implement them, to support the growth of our audiences.

Duties



Own end-to-end CRM strategy, welcome, win-back, post-purchase, VIP, referral Produce personalisation/segmentation strategy Create and maintain automated email/SMS flows using Klaviyo Support Lead Graphic Designer by building day-to-day email's in Klaviyo Set and report on key retention and loyalty KPIs Manage paid social and search (Meta, Google, Pinterest) with agencies Work alongside our data analyst to create simple dashboards to track repeat rate, ROAS, segmentation performance etc. Coordinate with Lead Graphic Designer, briefing campaign assets (email, paid ads, landing pages) Work with Marketing Team to support seasonal campaign performance

Skills & Experience



2+ years in DTC CRM Klaviyo expert and proficient with GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads Data confident - reporting, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation Collaborative and clear communicator, especially around goals and metrics
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
