As our Digital Subscriptions Manager, you'll implement our digital subscription strategy. You'll be responsible for project managing important initiatives, from creation through to delivery, ensuring that our digital subscription propositions reach our customers efficiently and effectively.
This is a hands-on role where you'll put best practices into action. You'll be the central point of contact, pulling together stakeholders from across the business, including marketing, product, tech, and editorial teams to ensure projects stay on track and deliver.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer, you will help identify and implement best practices for digital subscriptions, working with several teams to ensure operational excellence. This includes coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing timelines, and identifying potential roadblocks to ensure a smooth and successful rollout of subscription products and features.
