We are looking for a Digital Talent Coach to join our team.
Role summary
To provide outstanding support and subject expertise to our Digital and IT apprentices. You will inspire them to succeed and achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes. You'll continuously build your own knowledge and capabilities whilst helping us to improve how we deliver apprenticeships to our customers.
As the Talent Coach, you will:
Guide and motivate learners to help them achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes.
Carry out regular check-ins with the learners and employers to ensure they are progressing well in the apprenticeship and are on track to complete and pass.
Be proactive in monitoring the performance of learners and informing appropriate stakeholders.
Prepare reports on learner performance when required.
Support apprentices to improve their maths and English capabilities and achieve their Functional Skills if required.
Discuss Prevent and British Values topics with learners during progress reviews.
Empower apprentices to reach their career aspirations by providing career information, advice, and guidance (CIAG).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Trainer or Skills Coach able to specialise in Data, Digital and IT, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you'll bring to the role
We're looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm and technical abilities to the role who also has the organisational skills to manage and guide a cohort of learners to timely success. The following capabilities are desirable for this role:
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Assessors award, sector specific qualifications)
Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, listens carefully and be able to influence and persuade others.
The ability to effectively manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities.

Passion and enthusiasm.

Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as ESFA, Ofsted and IFATE
Knowledge of online platforms and packages (e.g. Onefile portfolio, G-Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
A flexible approach and attitude to work.
