Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programmes across various technical and software disciplines. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions to diverse audiences, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to excel in their roles. Duties



Develop and deliver training modules on a wide range of topics including Social Media, LinkedIn, Meta, Google, CRMs, Digital Marketing, Basic IT, and others. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during training sessions to ensure learners understand complex concepts. Create engaging instructional materials Utilise various e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate remote training sessions. Assess the training needs of different departments and customise programmes accordingly. Monitor and evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback to improve future training initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies including Cyber, Help desk support, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, upcoming AI platforms, and other applications. Support organisational projects by providing specialised training on software troubleshooting and operating systems. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and continuous improvement.

Experience



Proven experience in delivering technical training or educational programmes in Marketing or other IT-related fields. Strong familiarity with a broad spectrum of software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing tools (Premiere), web development tools (Wordpress, HTML), and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Hands-on experience with cloud services. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to varied audiences. Experience with help desk support or customer service roles is advantageous. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously. Relevant certifications or qualifications in Marketing or IT or education are preferred but not essential. Pay: 25,000.00-28,500.00 per year
