The Opportunity:





The Digital Workplace Leader is responsible for the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of digital workplace technologies and services. This role ensures that digital tools--particularly Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and end-user services--deliver exceptional employee experiences, support business outcomes, and align with enterprise IT strategy.



The role bridges business needs and technology delivery, leading cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders to drive adoption, innovation, and operational excellence across the digital workplace ecosystem.



Key responsibilities of the role include:





Product & Service Ownership




Own the full lifecycle of digital workplace products and services, including strategy, design, delivery, operations, and retirement. Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and user needs. Champion the adoption of modern workplace technologies, including Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, AVD and Copilot.


Strategic Leadership




Collaborate with IT department to shape and execute the digital workplace strategy. Promote digital dexterity and employee enablement through technology adoption and change management initiatives. Drive the development of digital workplace architecture and frameworks that support hybrid work and employee engagement.


Governance & Compliance




Establish and enforce governance policies for digital workplace tools, including licensing, security, privacy, accessibility, and sustainability. Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations through proactive risk management and audit readiness.


Stakeholder Engagement




Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback loops to ensure solutions meet evolving user needs. Build strong relationships across departments to align digital workplace initiatives with business goals.


Operational Excellence




Oversee service performance, incident management, and continuous improvement of digital workplace operations. Monitor vendor performance and lead service improvement initiatives in collaboration with suppliers. Use data-driven insights to optimise user experience, service delivery, and technology investments.


This is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office with hybrid working.
