Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Gtech. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing brand visibility. Located in Worcester, you will play a key role in shaping marketing strategies that resonate with our customers and support our mission of innovation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Gtech products. Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Manage marketing projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery. Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email, and website. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within consumer goods. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in project management and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data to drive decisions. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous.
