Base Salary: 40,000-45,000 depending on experience

Monthly Performance Bonus: up to 75% of monthly salary

If you know how to turn ideas into ads that sell, this is for you. We need a Direct Response Social Media Marketer who understands marketing psychology, creative strategy, and data-driven testing--working fast, thinking big, and making an impact.

What You'll Do

Research

- Conduct an in-depth study of client businesses to understand their products, target audience, and business model. Examine competitors' marketing strategies to identify strengths and weaknesses.

Plan

- Leverage your research and insights on human psychology to generate creative ad ideas and write compelling copy for video and image ads.

Collaborate

- Work with editors, graphic designers, and content creators to turn your ideas into reality. Plan strategies in collaboration with growth strategists to ensure they align with the client's financial and marketing goals.

Analyse

- Work alongside a media buyer to crunch the numbers and assess the success of your ads.

Iterate

- Iterate your ideas using data-driven insights to boost sales for clients and improve ads that have shown traction.

Who We're Looking for

3+ Years

of experience in

direct-response

social media marketing for

conversion/sales campaigns

3+ Years

of experience making

paid social media ads

(Meta, Google, TikTok) or email campaigns Strong grasp of ad psychology, persuasion techniques, and conversion strategies, with the ability to analyze competitors' ads and extract winning insights. A growth-driven mindset, and passion for eCommerce, emerging social media trends, and rapid creative experimentation
