The Opportunity
We're seeking a UK-based Business Development Manager (Direct Sales) to lead strategic sales efforts for our Finance & Accounting (F&A) outsourcing services, with a core focus on South Africa as the delivery hub. You'll play a key role in building our presence in UK financial services, banking, and fintech markets, while also leveraging our global footprint in Ireland, Philippines, Egypt, Kenya, and Colombia.
What You'll Do
Drive new client acquisition through tailored B2B sales strategies
Lead end-to-end sales cycles--prospecting to contract closure
Target mid-to-large financial services firms in the UK
Build and nurture relationships with C-suite decision-makers
Position ADEC's value proposition: nearshore efficiency, global delivery, and sustainable solutions
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in selling BPO/F&A services
Deep network and experience in financial services or fintech
Knowledge of outsourcing/offshoring delivery models (South Africa experience is a plus)
Strong commercial acumen and consultative sales ability
Confident communicator who thrives in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
CRM savvy (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
