ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a smart, ambitious, UK Sales Business Development Manager with experience in the Corporate Security industry to join our Sales team. Ideally you will have experience in a business-to-business solution sales environment. You will be an effective communicator with a thirst for success. Ability to make tight deadlines and achieve KPI's. You will be responsible for delivering new sales within the construction sector. You will be responsible for leveraging the Evergreen value proposition, learning and understanding the client's needs and tailoring a solution to suit. You will be a team player, building on your own performance and sharing strategies and plans with your colleagues to achieve common goals and KPI's.
You are an organised, self-motivated, results-orientated UK Sales Business Development Manager with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. You will be able to manage your tasks to deliver a high-quality service at a high tempo. You will be an effective communicator at all levels and can think on your feet and be responsive to the company's business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As UK Sales Business Development Manager, you're ultimately accountable for delivering new business against our ambitious sales strategy of achieving 50m turnover per annum by the year 2030.
As such, we see the key responsibilities of the role as being:
Promoting Evergreen to the market
Targeting 2.5M per annum in sales within the Evergreen division
New business acquisition
Driving sales activity into target markets
Development of compelling sales solutions that make our company stand out from the crowd
Lead management
Management and delivery of Sales KPI's
Delivery of Sales Training
Enforce Commissions Rules
Drive a consultative approach within prospecting activities
Successfully manage, monitor and implement marketing feedback/ engagements/ sales campaigns
Drive sales minute priorities
Monitor and manage internal team communication forums
Create and project a positive social media presence
Corporate Hospitality
Work closely and in alignment with Group Heads of Department
Staff Training and Development
Department Health & Safety aspects (including internal communication briefings)
Management Meeting Input
Recruitment Process Input
Sales System Processes and Audit Input.
