Joiner - 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Ardrossan
Reporting to: Direct Works Manager

Are you a skilled Joiner looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting 6-month fixed-term opportunity within our Direct Works Services team, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality joinery repairs and improvement works for our clients.

What you'll do:

Carry out joinery works within the Association's own stock, focusing primarily on planned maintenance contracts. Undertake a variety of repairs and improvement tasks, ensuring a professional and customer-focused service.
What we're looking for:

Approved trade qualification and proven experience in joinery, ideally within planned maintenance contracts. Kitchen fitting experience would be a strong advantage. Self-motivated, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Awareness of current legislation and health & safety practices. Full UK driving licence is essential.
Salary & Benefits:
