  • Influence and guide internal stakeholders--including Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales--toward a unified customer-focused growth strategy
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure lasting adoption of new processes, systems, and capabilities
4. Commercial Impact & Continuous Improvement
  • Track and report program outcomes and performance against strategic and commercial goals
  • Leverage customer insights and market intelligence to inform continuous improvement and innovation
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and industry trends to anticipate opportunities and risks
What we need from you:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, business transformation, or enterprise program leadership
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering strategic initiatives that drive measurable business impact
  • Strong experience working in cross-functional environments with diverse regional and functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with modern sales, marketing, and customer engagement tools and practices

  • Strong program and change management expertise in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Passion for elevating the end-to-end customer experience and driving measurable value
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate insights into strategy and execution
  • Agile mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and leading transformation in dynamic environments
Desirable Experience
