Join Eastern Education Group as the Director of the Construction Technical Excellence College (CTEC) and play a pivotal role in an exciting new project that will transform the future of construction education and skills across the East of England. As Director, you will shape an employer-led model of technical education that accelerates training, enhances inclusion, and creates clear progression routes into highly skilled, sustainable careers.

You will provide strategic leadership and direction, establishing strong partnerships with employers, professional bodies, and training providers to deliver high-quality, industry-aligned programmes. The role will involve overseeing the design, implementation, and quality assurance of innovative provision spanning pre-employment, apprenticeships, and continuing professional development, while embedding competence management and Building Regulations principles throughout. You will also secure and manage diverse funding streams, ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of the Construction Technical Excellence College.

We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking leader with senior experience in the construction or construction education sector, excellent commercial and partnership-building skills, and a deep understanding of industry compliance frameworks. With the ability to inspire and influence at all levels, you will combine strategic vision with operational credibility, driving collaboration, inclusion, and measurable impact.
