The Role
A successful Executive Recruiter working as part of TritonExec's global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team provides executive level talent acquisition to the client, effectively and efficiently. A constant focus will be placed on hiring the top talent for today, with inclusion and candidate experience being paramount, and ensuring a pipeline of innovative talent for the future.
You will be leading the successful fulfilment of Executive searches within a specific Business line of the client account and will be the first point of contact for their hiring needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and placing senior candidates and Executives exclusively within the RPO division. In this role, you will drive successful sales and recruitment strategies through both client and candidate engagement.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple high-impact roles with a focus on direct sourcing, referrals, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience with minimal oversight.
Understand the full recruitment delivery process and act as a strategic advisor to business line leaders.
Develop a deep understanding of business units, their current and future talent needs, and the market dynamics that impact them.
Own key client relationships, applying strong stakeholder management, consultative influence, and domain expertise to drive effective hiring outcomes.
Communicate recruitment trends, market intelligence, and competitive insights to hiring managers, positioning yourself as a trusted Talent Advisor.
Partner with business and process leaders to resolve first-level escalations and ensure seamless recruitment operations.
Clearly and confidently articulate talent value proposition with minimal guidance, acting as an ambassador of the organisation's employer brand.
Provide domain-specific guidance and strategic input to sourcing teams and vendor partnerships ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Analyse recruitment activity for assigned business areas to enable accurate volume forecasting and pipeline management.
Identify process improvement opportunities, share insights with clients, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings (virtual and in-person).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the external talent marketplace, competitor landscape, and evolving recruitment practices.
Uphold the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within all recruitment systems and client interactions.
