Want to work as part of a team of Finance experts, specialised in the Investment Management and Wealth sector, to help international organisations transform their Finance operating model and back-office operations? Whether you're working with ERP platform, Performance management solutions or more advanced predictive modelling and AI technologies (to name just a few), your expertise will help clients position Finance as a best-in-class function and a more agile business partner. If you have practical delivery experience of assessing, designing, and implementing finance capabilities including finance platforms and modern technology architectures, embedding change and new operating models in leading Investment Management, Wealth or Real Estate organisations and are looking to develop your career in a market-leading Finance Transformation team, then this could be the role for you.

As a Director in our team, you'll work closely alongside Partners and Senior Managers and play a key role in influencing and shaping the strategic direction and development of the team, with the opportunity to:

Essentials:

Extensive experience working within a top-tier Investment Management, Wealth Management or Real Estate firm, or consulting firm Proven track record of designing, delivering and leading large projects and programmes, including complex Finance operating model transformation and Finance technology implementations in senior roles Relevant subject matter expertise in the leading Finance technologies and vendors, with knowledge and experience across their application and implementation Exceptional client relationship management, across Finance, Technology and Leadership teams Strong relationships with leading industry vendors Proven record of identifying and converting commercial opportunities Proven ability to structure and deliver projects Proven ability to mobilise and motivate teams A collaborative attitude with willingness to learn and participate

Desirable:

Relevant qualifications e.g. IFA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. Accredited qualification(s) from leading vendors (e.g. Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle, Workday, etc.) Strong understanding of emerging technology and trends within Financial Services Strong understanding of the Investment Management and Real-estate eco-system such as investment management platforms (e.g. eFront, Simcorp), fund / investment accounting, investment operations, Real-estate / Property management platforms (e.g. Yardi, MRI)

Our clients want to achieve maximum value from digital transformation investments in Finance, Supply Chain and IT operations. That's where we come in. By taking a holistic view of performance improvement, including strategy, process design and technology enablement, we support the smooth operation of transformations.

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
