We are seeking an experienced and visionary

Director Financial Planner - Team Head

in

Edinburgh.

As the leader of our financial planning team, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward their financial goals while managing and developing a high-performing team of financial planners.

Lead and mentor a team of financial planners, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families Conduct in-depth financial analyses and provide strategic recommendations to clients Stay current with market trends, tax laws, and regulatory changes to inform financial planning strategies Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wealth management solutions Set and monitor team performance goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Contribute to the development of new financial planning products and services Represent the organization at industry events and conferences

Qualifications

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification required; additional certifications such as CFA or ChFC preferred Experience in a team leadership role Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies for high-net-worth clients Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends Excellent leadership and team management abilities Experience in estate planning and risk management
