Reporting to the statutory Director of Children's Services, this new role is responsible for integrated commissioning, business operations and insight. The successful candidate will join an ambitious team committed to equity, innovation and ambitious outcomes for children. The post holder must be a proven senior leader, highly knowledgeable about health, education and social care funding and operational systems. You will be accountable for ensuring our savings are achieved and outcomes are met.



Reporting directly to the statutory Director of Children's Services, this newly created and pivotal role assumes responsibility for the integrated commissioning of services, strategic business operations, and comprehensive data-driven insight.



The successful candidate will become an integral part of an ambitious and forward-thinking team, collectively dedicated to championing equity, fostering innovation, and achieving highly ambitious outcomes for all children within the community.



The post holder is expected to be a proven and accomplished senior leader, possessing extensive and demonstrable knowledge of the complex funding mechanisms and operational systems pertinent to health, education, and social care sectors. A key accountability of this role will be to ensure the achievement of critical financial savings targets and the successful delivery of ambitious outcomes for children and families.



An Enhanced DBS is required for this post.
