About the Role:



The Director of Sales within Wiley's Independent Medical Education (IME) division is a strategic leadership role within our Audience Solutions organization. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing global sales team serving IME customers .



How you will make an impact:



Lead and grow a global sales team, accountable for ~$ 8 M in annual revenue from IME clients. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Wiley's IME footprint. Cultivate relationships with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, positioning Wiley as a trusted partner in evidence-based education. Oversee forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue projections and alignment with growth targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with content strategy, delivery, marketing, and revenue operations to ensure seamless client experiences. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation across the global sales organization.

Proven success in leading global sales teams and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth. Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical education sectors. Strategic mindset with experience in market expansion and scalable sales operations. Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders in pharma and healthcare. Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics. Ability to inspire and lead teams through change, growth, and innovation. Ba chelor's degree

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
