The Role
We're hiring a

Director of Alliances (Americas)

to join our GTM team and accelerate growth through strategic partnerships across North and South America.
This is a hunter role, focused on recruiting, scaling, and generating revenue with our partner ecosystem across Global and Regional System Integrators. You'll play a pivotal role in driving indirect revenue growth, co-selling with partners, and building scalable programs that expand our footprint across enterprise accounts.
You'll report directly to our

Chief Revenue Officer

, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to position Synthesized as the partner of choice in the Quality Engineering and Enterprise Application ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing
Meet or exceed partner-sourced and influenced revenue targets
Act as the

CEO of your partner territory

, owning the full partnership lifecycle from recruitment through enablement and joint execution
Build, scale, and manage relationships with GSIs, regional SIs, and technology partners to drive net-new ARR
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory and partner plan to unlock new revenue streams
Collaborate with Sales to co-sell into enterprise customers and expand existing accounts
Drive joint GTM motions and partner marketing initiatives that accelerate pipeline generation
Leverage frameworks such as

MEDPICC

for pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
Engage with executive stakeholders across both partner and customer organizations (C-level, VP, Director)
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D to deliver aligned, scalable outcomes

About You
You're a

partner hunter,

energised by building and scaling new relationships from the ground up
10-15+ years of experience in

enterprise partnerships, alliances, or channel sales

, ideally within the software/SaaS landscape
Proven track record of co-selling with GSIs and SIs in enterprise environments
Experience in the

Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering / Enterprise Applications

ecosystem
Deep understanding of partner practices and GTM motions, with strong commercial acumen
Skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigating partner influence
Strong communicator with exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Collaborative, "One Team" mindset, you win by helping others win
Results-driven, resilient, and entrepreneurial in building new partner revenue engines
Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as

MEDPICC

or

Challenger

is a plus
Experience working across regulated industries (e.g. Financial Services, Government, Healthcare) preferred
