We are looking to recruit the following role:

Director of Business Development

Director of Business Development

, will lead the strategic growth of HCF CATCH LTD across all service areas, including apprenticeships, commercial training, and membership services. This high-impact role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing business-wide strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative and client-focused solutions.

The incumbent will oversee the full business development lifecycle--from market intelligence and bid writing to client acquisition and strategic relationship management (working closely with the Heads of Commercial and Outreach and Engagement) -- ensuring alignment with the organisation's long-term vision and commercial objectives.

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
