Job Title: Director of Digital and Technology Operations
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00)
Salary: \xc2\xa3150,000 - \xc2\xa3200,000 and up to 30% bonus and benefits
Location: Flexible, we could support fully remote or hybrid working from any of our UK offices in London, Cardiff, Durham, Manchester, or Blackpool

As our Director of Digital and Technology Operations, you will be responsible for leading the effective running and performance of the Digital, Data, Technology and Change teams across our organisation. You will work closely with our engineering, design, and wider business teams to identify ensure we are running at peak performance and on top of risks, audit and necessary controls. You will also take responsibility for the Information Security department and pick up the responsibilities of the CISO.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a performance culture across the division and help the organisation transform and embed the necessary culture to make it a success
  • Manage operations within the Digital and Technology division and ensure we are on top of governance and audit actions
  • Develop and execute on a programme of work to improve and maintain delivery and operational excellence
  • Define and track key performance metrics for our department
  • Manage recruitment and growth for department
  • Manage budget control for department
What we\'re looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in COO/Operational excellence roles
  • Experience in running and growing Information Security capability and posture
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
