The Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Volunteering is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering audience-focused, integrated strategies across fundraising, supporter engagement, marketing, and volunteer development. This role plays a vital part in growing income, expanding reach, and driving public engagement--all in support of our mission to transition service leavers into careers in construction.

Grow income from individual giving, legacies, digital, and community fundraising. - Lead integrated marketing to engage donors, volunteers, and event participants. - Deliver a national volunteer programme - recruit, train, and mobilise. - Oversee flagship events and support regional fundraising initiatives. - Inspire and lead teams, collaborating with senior leaders to maximise impact. - Represent Building Heroes at national events and sector forums.
