Job Description
- Lead and manage the IT department to align with business objectives and strategies.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and effective risk management practices.
- Collaborate with other C-Suite executives to support business growth and transformation.
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance business operations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence.
The successful candidate will have:
- A background in IT leadership at Director or C-Suite level from Professional Services firms (Chartered Accountants, Legal Firms, Solicitors or Architects). This is a must I'm afraid.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships with Partners.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing IT strategies.
- Experience with managing technology infrastructure and systems.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrable commitment to driving innovation and operational efficiency.
- Competitive salary ranging from 120,000 to 130,000 per annum depending on experience.
