Our history and heritage is deeply rooted in music, building a portfolio of 20 global festivals before selling the portfolio in 2019 to focus on our growing portfolio of venues that includes Printworks, Drumsheds, Exhibition and Magazine in London, Depot in Manchester and Brooklyn Storehouse in New York.

The Broadwick Live Marketing team delivers industry-leading campaigns that shape how audiences engage with music, space, and culture. We sit at the intersection of creativity and commerce, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to build narratives that drive ticket sales, engagement, shape cultural perception, and drive growth.

What we're looking for:




We are seeking a visionary Director of Marketing & Culture to lead our marketing function and elevate Broadwick Live's position as a cultural leader in electronic music and beyond. This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role responsible for defining and executing our marketing strategy across all venues, events, and owned IP.


An organised and collaborative leader that will build and lead a high-performing team. They will work closely with the leadership team to develop long-term audience strategies, champion innovation, and ensure Broadwick Live becomes a recognised authority in global cultural and nightlife conversations. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across music programming, creative, partnerships, and commercial teams to align marketing with broader business goals.

What you'll be accountable and responsible for:



Strategic Leadership & Brand Development



Develop and lead the holistic marketing vision across Broadwick Live, ensuring consistency across all channels, brands, and experiences. Define and evolve Broadwick Live's brand positioning to reflect its ambition as a global leader in culture, nightlife, electronic music and live experiences. Set long-term audience development and cultural engagement strategies that reflect shifting behaviours and market dynamics. Champion creative innovation and thought leadership that strengthens Broadwick's cultural capital and public voice. Lead cross-departmental initiatives to align marketing, music, partnerships, commercial, and operations around shared goals.

Growth, Data & Commercial Strategy



Build and execute scalable marketing frameworks focused on acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital and offline channels. Own and optimise marketing performance metrics including ROI, LTV, ticket sales, CRM engagement, and audience growth. Partner with ticketing and commercial teams to develop data-driven strategies that fuel sales, upsell, and repeat visitation. Integrate customer insights, audience segmentation, and market trends into actionable marketing and growth plans.

CRM, Lifecycle & Tech Integration



Define the long-term vision for CRM and lifecycle marketing using tools like Braze, with a focus on personalisation and loyalty. Collaborate with tech, data, and ticketing teams to create seamless journeys that drive value across every touchpoint. Develop retention strategies that turn one-time guests into lifelong fans of Broadwick's venue, events and brands.

Content, Communications & Cultural Voice



Lead a best-in-class content and social media strategy that drives relevance, brand equity, and engagement. Ensure Broadwick Live's content output is culturally fluent, progressive, and aligned with its position in the electronic music and culture space. Oversee all brand storytelling, press, influencer and cultural partnerships to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership. Act as a key stakeholder in the public positioning of Broadwick and its venues, through PR, events, keynote opportunities and brand collaborations.

Team, Culture & Leadership



Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing, multi-disciplinary marketing team across content, brand, CRM, and performance. Cultivate a strong internal culture based on creativity, accountability, curiosity and cultural awareness. Establish clear KPIs, reporting frameworks and agile working methodologies to ensure output is high-impact and fast-paced. Manage external agency relationships and ensure integration with internal teams and strategic priorities. Work closely with company leadership on brand innovation, new market entry, and commercial partnerships.

Process & Financial Management



Establish and continuously optimise processes, workflows and reporting structures to ensure efficient, high-impact delivery across all projects. Own the full marketing budget, including planning, forecasting and reporting across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles, in alignment with commercial goals. Closely monitor and report on core performance indicators, with a specific emphasis on ticket sales as a primary KPI, alongside ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV). Ensure all agency and supplier relationships are delivering best-in-class service, value and alignment with Broadwick Live's strategic and financial priorities. Implement tools, dashboards and cross-team collaboration frameworks that increase visibility, accountability and responsiveness.

You'll need to have:



10+ years senior marketing leadership experience in live entertainment, culture, DTC, or digital-first environments. Proven ability to lead high-performing marketing teams and campaigns in fast-paced, creative industries. Deep understanding of youth culture, particularly in electronic music, nightlife, and live experiences. Data-literate and commercially minded, skilled at turning insights into action and growth. Confident working at board level and in cross-functional strategic planning environments. Track record of driving innovation, audience growth and brand building at scale. Strong financial planning, budget management and performance marketing experience. * Passion for redefining how culture is experienced, shared and talked about.
